In this role you will be responsible for every aspect of the LiveWell Department including but not limited to Sales and Marketing of our personal concierge services, managing Revenue and Expenses of the department. Covering the  staffing needs of the department, including scheduling, recruiting, placement of employees, training, retaining and sometimes corrective actions and/or termination of employees. The goal is to ensure that the LiveWell Department of the community is increasing sales opportunities and managing the day to day staffing needs to meet the needs of the residents.  In addition, all company staffing requirements are met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Job Description

  • Maintain staffing operations within the LiveWell Department.
  • Responsible for all Sales Development and Marketing the Concierge Services offered.
  • Manage the Profit/Loss of Department.
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.
  • Secure coverage for vacancy shifts.
  • Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of employees.
  • Support Department Managers in candidate screening and hiring processes.
  • Provide community tours to newly hired employees.
  • Assist community in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.
  • Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests.
  • Verify payroll accuracy of department.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations; to include ongoing education, and compliance with certifications/license, CPR, First Aide, TB, Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.
  • Manage staffing software/message board.
  • Must be available for after-hour calls from staff regarding schedules.
  • Attend various community events.

Qualifications

Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience
Type of Experience: Sales, Administration, Staffing Management
Special Certifications: Caregiver Certificate Preferred
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with all others.
Technical Competencies: Basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications
Skills and Ability:

  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Information Systems: Experience with Onshift or like product, ADP, Intranet, Outlook, Excel/Word, recruitment systems/platforms, scheduler and other related systems

Personal Attributes: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, reliable with a respect to confidentiality
