Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Brunswick, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests, residents, and visitors.

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services in Brunswick and the surrounding area
  • Assist with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently
  • Manage package deliveries, including receiving, logging, and distributing items
  • Monitor building security systems and respond to any unusual activities or emergencies
  • Process and follow up on work orders, incident reports, and guest concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and logs for key issuance, visitor sign-ins, and other administrative tasks
  • Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance
  • Stay informed about local events, attractions, and services to provide up-to-date recommendations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or concierge services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional, and engaging demeanor
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions when appropriate
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of the Brunswick area and surrounding attractions is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests, residents, and co-workers
  • Team player with a willingness to assist other departments as needed
