Meet Courtney White, a team member from Wellspring Health Center whose positive attitude and selfless service was recognized by not only the residents she cares for, but also her peers.
“Courtney is the type of employee that is there to help anybody from the residents to other employee’s regardless of if she is busy or not. If there needs to be coverage she will stay. She is a very hard worker one that is far and in between.”
“Everyone likes to work with her because she has a positive attitude. She smiles everyday, good or bad she is at work ready to work.”
Courtney’s nominators recognized Courtney’s generosity and willingness to go above and beyond, no matter what occurs in her own life. Residents have noticed her seemingly permanent smile, a mark of her caring heart that made all the difference for one resident in particular.
“We have a resident here…she looks forward to seeing Courtney everyday. Her family also really appreciates the love she shows their mother, they always say “Thank You.” If the family leaves town, Courtney will make sure her clothes are washed. If Courtney goes on vacation, she makes sure [the resident’s] outfits are labeled for each day that she will be gone before she leaves. Everyone has nothing but positive things to say about Courtney. She is an awesome person as well as Employee.
