“Lyn exemplifies all of Senior Lifestyle Core Values. She is caring with all of the residents, family members and her fellow employees. She is honest and open in her communication with the Siena Hills family as well. She shows appreciation by the way she holds herself and her work ethic. She respects her team mates, and goes above and beyond for her supervisor. Her Teamwork is amazing if we need someone to help out Lyn always volunteers and never lets the community down.”
Aurelyn’s heart of caring translates to intentional relationship building with the residents she cares for, truly communicating a desire to learn about them and welcome them into the family.
“She spends extra time with the residents so they feel warmed and welcome when they first move in. She also spends time listening to their concerns so they feel heard and we are able to address them. This allows us as a community to be the best support for our resident.”
“Her work ethic is amazing; she doesn’t complain and always does her job with a smile, her goal being to make sure her residents are taken care of as they were her own family.”
