As a Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior residents by providing personalized care and support in a professional and empathetic manner. Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services Follow and implement individualized care plans as directed by supervisors Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a positive and engaging environment Accurately document daily assistance logs and report any resident concerns to supervisors Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive and consistent resident care Respect and promote residents’ independence, dignity, and confidentiality Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in senior care Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes. Work the food line during mealtimes. Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and that all kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
