Concierge (PRN)

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families. Answer telephone calls. You may be asked to ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity. Process reports for such things as work orders, incidents and concerns. You will receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.  Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys, and gate passes. You will assist other departments with administrative functions. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Director of Resident Programming – Activities

Plan and coordinate a variety of activities and events that cater to the interests and needs of senior participants, including travel, recreational, and social outings Survey and interview residents to determine their past and present interests and talents, as well as their satisfaction with the community’s programs and activities. Recognize the individuality, diversity, and spirituality of all residents when planning activities and celebrating holiday functions. Develop a strong, exciting monthly calendar with engaging programs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being. Develop relationships with residents to encourage their participation in activities that enhance their quality of and appreciation for life. Observe residents’ function and behavior and reports significant changes or concerns to appropriate staff. Ensure weekend programming is well-planned and executed, with flexibility to work seven days a week. Utilize outside community resources and independent contractors to enrich the variety of programs made available to residents. Attract and manage volunteers to assist in program support and ensure a smooth, well-staffed environment. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages senior participation and engagement. Develop and manage the annual department budget.   Manage and supervise other members of the department. 

Community Relations Counselor

Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Report all sales activity to supervisor daily. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Treat each inquiry with value. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.

Transportation Driver

  Starting at $18 per hour  Provide safe, reliable transportation for seniors to and from the center, appointments, and activities. Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Offer a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring that each senior feels comfortable and cared for during transport. Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Be flexible and willing to help out with senior activities and events when needed, making the experience enjoyable for all participants. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed.

Driver (PART TIME)

Looking to Hire for SATURDAYS only. Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed.

Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN)

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

(Full Time) Cook

Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes. Work the food line during mealtimes. Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and that all kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Housekeeper

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Server

Server for a Luxury Senior Living Community Pay up to $19/Hour (This is a non-tipping) position Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
