Community Relations Director

Pay Rate: $80,000 – $85,000/year Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective resident of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Respond and follow-up with to all walk-ins, phone ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Create, plan and implement with Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director events to bring in prospective residents, current leads and professionals such as, but not limited to: seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs. Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation unless they have a standing schedule that already encompasses one or more weekend day.  Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month Treat each inquiry with value. Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations, and Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plan. Create and implement a strong community outreach program that generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Complete quarterly media planning with current vendor on a timely basis.  Keep Executive Director informed of all sales activity daily. Maintain Senior Lifestyle Hot Board/Move in Move out board. Communicate any special needs of the incoming resident to the appropriate personnel. Manage use of sales toolbox. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Keep informed of all trends, developments, concepts and techniques in his/her field that affect product. Understand the need of the senior and the aging process. Maintain and work an active, meaningful waitlist.  Visit competitors quarterly. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information. Comply with all Senior Lifestyle Policies, cities, state, and federal regulations pertaining to Residents’ accounts as it relates to Medicare, third party billing, etc. Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
 

Server Part Time/Senior Living 4pm-7:30pm

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Move-In Coordinator Full-Time $24/Hour

Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property. Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.  Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports. Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins. Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Senior Living PRN

This position is for 3pm-11:30 pm and 11pm-7:30am. This is a combination of both shifts equals to a Full Time position.  Pay is $35-$37/Hour Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Director of Resident Programs Assisted Living

Foster a fun work environment centered around celebrating the lives of our residents Plan and lead daily programs within the community Develop opportunities for team members from other departments to create and lead programs  Plan and execute special events for residents in collaboration and partnership with the sales and marketing departments Recognize and honor the individuality, diversity, and spirituality of all residents when planning programs, events and holiday celebrations Develop rapport with residents to encourage participation in community programs and events Acknowledge, understand and promote the SLC wellness model by offering opportunities for residents to experience programming in 7 areas of wellness (physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, vocational, & environmental)  Develop and distribute a monthly calendar of events and newsletter that meets SLC program and brand standards by the first of each month Organize and lead trips outside the community to enhance the opportunities for residents to remain connected to the greater community  Develop partnerships inside of and outside of the community to enhance program and event offerings Promote the lifestyle at the community through an active social media presence and positive partnership with the sales and marketing departments  Oversee the resident ambassador program Support and participate in setting up the seasonal/holiday décor of the community Responsible for keeping program flyers, bulletin boards and digital signs up to date and meeting SLC and Brand standards.   Perform work tasks in a way that preserve each resident’s dignity, privacy, and confidentiality Responsible for hiring, training, developing and mentoring dept employees in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation Human Resources guidelines Secure and maintain all department equipment and supplies Manage the department budget and expenses Document and maintain all records as required to effectively manage the department 

Resident Program Assistant- Part Time

Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.  Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed. Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director. Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.

Caregiver/C.N.A PRN

Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents. Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Participate in and lead one on one and group activities. Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
