Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Northville, United States. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

• Perform general cleaning duties in resident apartments, hallways, and common areas
• Prepare empty apartments for new resident move-ins
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs and requests
• Assist in addressing resident emergencies when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow proper safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere for residents, visitors, and co-workers

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs
• Time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques (preferred but not required)
• Positive and friendly demeanor toward residents, guests, and team members
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
