Living Well Manager

Maintain staffing operations within the LiveWell Department. Responsible for all Sales Development and Marketing the Concierge Services offered. Manage the Profit/Loss of Department. Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions. Secure coverage for vacancy shifts. Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of employees. Support Department Managers in candidate screening and hiring processes. Provide community tours to newly hired employees. Assist community in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans. Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests. Verify payroll accuracy of department. Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations; to include ongoing education, and compliance with certifications/license, CPR, First Aide, TB, Fingerprint Clearance Card. Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations. Manage staffing software/message board. Must be available for after-hour calls from staff regarding schedules. Attend various community events.

Living Well Attendant

Provide Home Making Services as required: Make the bed, wash dishes, tidy the apartment, organize closets and dresser drawers, launder clothing and bedding, iron, grocery shopping, meal preparations. Provide additional assistance as required. Document on the daily report sheets services provided to the resident. Daily reports to be completed and returned at the end of each shift.     Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Provide personal care as required, including but not limited to giving shower/tub or sponge baths, shampooing hair,assisting with dressing, shaving, providing incontinence care, medication reminders, wheelchair transportation, transferring residents.

Business Office Assistant

Maintain residents’ and business office files. Assist in answering residents’ billing issues. Maintain the ancillary charge worksheet on a weekly basis. Ensure that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner. Send monthly delinquent notices and follow collection guidelines. Process resident lease renewal letters. Ensure that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office by the designated deadline. Ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures are processed timely and accurately. Ensure that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. Monitor and record petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish.

Activities and Event Assistant- Resident Program Assistant

Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.  Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed. Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director. Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.

Resident Program Assistant

Server

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living – Part time- 7p-11pm

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Utility Worker – dishwasher

Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Resident Program Assistant Full Time

Assisted Living Attendant/Caregiver FT 2p-10p

Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders (as applicable), bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
