Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Northville, United States. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Director of Plant Operations

  Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs (TELS and daily checklist). Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and guidelines. Coordinate with contractors and venders to make sure insurance and licenses are current. Conduct regular inspections of all Life Safety Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler, and alarm systems. Coordinate and perform housekeeping services to assure a high standard of cleanliness both inside and outside the building.  Coordinate annual maintenance and deep cleaning programs for apartments and common areas. Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins. Work closely with Executive Director in creating and scheduling capital budgets. Utility Worker/Dishwasher

Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Care Associate – Memory Care (MC)

Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents. Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Participate in and lead one on one and group activities. Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Housekeeper

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Sales Specialist

Complete and send out site visit reports every ten days and host the site visit report review with the Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations. Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone inquiries, and mail-ins timely and appropriately and treat each inquiry with value. Meet the targeted sales expectations with respect to call outs, first on-site personal touches, securing deposits, and move ins.  Create, plan, and implement special events at the community to bring in prospective residents and their family members. Take the lead with all sales that become uncertain, and instruct and teach the individual assisting with the lead on immediate next steps and strategies. Participate in huddle calls and all admissions related problem solving sessions.

Driver

Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed.

Operations Specialist

In communities with an Executive Director vacancy, serve as onsite executive for all operations, acting as contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies, and the public. Provide added support as needed to incumbent executive directors, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, training, leadership, and management coaching. Manage budget and cash flow and maintain budget accountability. Manage occupancy and revenue expectations with sales team, aggressively anticipate and minimize negative budget variances and deficits. Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees in accordance with company policy. Maintain all local, state, and federal licenses.
