Utility Worker (FT: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM)

Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living – AM shift – FT

Take and record vital signs. Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor. Assist as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Transfer, position, and turn residents. Provide skin care to residents. Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care. Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services. Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Promote and protect resident rights, assist residents in making informed decisions, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect, avoid the need for physical restraints in accordance with the current professional standards, and support independent expression, choice, and decision-making consistent with applicable law and regulation. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality.

Care Associate – Assisted Living (AL)

Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality.

Business Development Coordinator

Create, plan, and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team and Resident Program Director to bring in prospective residents. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.    Define and develop key macro referral sources and maintain relationships with them.  Generate the required number of professional referrals needed for the community to achieve the move-ins required to meet financial expectations.  Provide ongoing product-service education to trade organizations, hospital departments, physicians and others. Work with Director of Sales and Marketing/Business Development Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly move-in objectives. Plan and execute territory call objectives to build and maintain multiple senior-related community resource networks. Support inside sales with prospects including but not limited to: lead follow up, inquiries, sales coverage inside the community, securing move-ins. Communicate in timely manner with the appropriate sales and operations team members regarding initiatives in progress that may generate referrals to the community. Manage and maintain a thorough working proficiency and keep professional contact records current in the sales database. Fully comprehend and can explain to others the basic legal aspects of sales contracts, language and terms.

Resident Program Assistant

Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.  Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed. Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director. Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.

Resident Aide – Part-Time – 1st Shift – Starting Wage $16

Tax Credit Compliance Director

Hire, supervise, develop, and train the compliance department team members, including Move-In Coordinators. Support the compliance related responsibilities by working in partnership with the Property Managers of the Senior Suites, as well as regional team members. Responsible for ensuring compliance processes, standards, and training content are developed, updated, and maintained to ensure policy and procedure alignment with federal, state, and company requirements. Work directly with the compliance department and property personnel to ensure properties comply with all regulations and requirements. Assist and review all 8823’s corrections and correspondence. Build and maintain relationships with local and regional offices of various regulatory agencies that have a stake in any asset’s performance. Maintain reporting data bases and ensure all reporting is completed in a timely manner. Assist and train the compliance department, as well as Property Manager team for file. reviews to ensure all applicants and residents meet eligibility requirements for multiple states. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HUD, Tax Credit and other required forms. Maintain training requirements as needed per state and/or funding source. Travel independently to various locations as needed. Train staff on each aspect of their compliance specific state requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Community Relations Director

Pay Rate: $77,000/year Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective resident of independent and assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. Respond and follow-up with to all walk-ins, phone ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Create, plan and implement with Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director events to bring in prospective residents, current leads and professionals such as, but not limited to: seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs. Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation unless they have a standing schedule that already encompasses one or more weekend day.  Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month Treat each inquiry with value. Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations, and Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plan. Create and implement a strong community outreach program that generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Complete quarterly media planning with current vendor on a timely basis.  Keep Executive Director informed of all sales activity daily. Maintain Senior Lifestyle Hot Board/Move in Move out board. Communicate any special needs of the incoming resident to the appropriate personnel. Manage use of sales toolbox. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Keep informed of all trends, developments, concepts and techniques in his/her field that affect product. Understand the need of the senior and the aging process. Maintain and work an active, meaningful waitlist.  Visit competitors quarterly. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information. Comply with all Senior Lifestyle Policies, cities, state, and federal regulations pertaining to Residents’ accounts as it relates to Medicare, third party billing, etc. Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc. Perform other duties as assigned.
