Concierge and Hospitality Coordinator- Full time

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families. Use proper telephone skills. Ensure safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity. Ensure that incident reports, concern reports, and other appropriate communication have been completed. Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and complete maintenance request work orders. Complete daily check-in procedure. Maintain emergency contact information. Receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver/hold as requested.  Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys, and gate passes. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Maintain coffee and cookie service in the lobby/making cookies daily. Make sure the lobby has fresh flowers and is appropriately appointed. Assist other departments with administrative functions. Complete all required daily shift tasks as per community established by the ED up to and including rolling over the phones at a consistent time daily.  Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing

May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as indicated.  Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information. Understand role in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

Resident Aide – Part-Time – 1st Shift – Starting Wage $16

Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality.

Sales Counselor

Salary range: $21.50-$26.50 per hour Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Report all sales activity to supervisor daily. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Treat each inquiry with value. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.

Server (Part Time 3p-7:30p Evenings and 6a-2p Every Other Weekend)

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Maintenance Coordinator

Part-time position, weekend availability Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping. Respond promptly to emergencies and after hours calls. Maintain knowledge of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures. Maintain office, shop, and storage and ensure that mechanical areas of the community are in accordance with SLC policies. Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed. 

$2500 Sign On Bonus – RN (Registered Nurse) – 230p-11p – Full Time

Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

Use CRM systems to extract analytics and provide strategic direction using the metrics. Partners with the training team in effective onboarding of new sales hires. Actively monitors skill and knowledge growth of new hires during onboarding period. Fosters a strong sales performance culture across the assigned communities. Successfully manages and is accountable for sales performance within the assigned communities. In the absence of a Director of Sales, assumes the community sales role while supporting the assigned area. Ability to use data and analytics from the Senior Lifestyle reporting systems to measure effectiveness of lead generation, lead development and conversion metrics. Develop, manage, and participate in strategic plans to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy goals. Ability to provide analysis of metric data and where plans are falling short, re-visit and review existing occupancy growth plans making necessary adjustments that are designed to meet occupancy expectations. Adjust communication style to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and operations partnerships. Travel to the field and interact with community associates, extract data from those interactions and partner to provide examples of best practices as well as build occupancy execution plans that create a structured plan for improvement. Collaborate closely with the Divisional Director of Sales and Marketing or Sr. VPSM to assist in building plans and strategies that build effective media plans, lead generation, event planning, and conversion targets. Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members etc.

Director of Health and Wellness

Directly oversee the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities. Coordinate, along with the Executive Director, family/resident care conferences and serve as a direct liaison between residents, families, and staff.  Work with residents, families, and other staff to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.  Manage labor costs, supplies, and other line items in clinical budget.  Monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met. Write and review residents’ assessments/evaluations and care-plans with appropriate staff. Assess/evaluate potential residents for Assisted Living level of care.  This may involve assessing/evaluating potential residents in their home or another healthcare setting; must be able to drive to location and perform assessment/evaluation professionally and timely if necessary. Schedule and conduct new resident orientation for all Assisted Living Residents.  Provide, plan, schedule, and monitor staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living staff including statutory or regulatory required training. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Manage and coordinate the work of all nursing and other assisted living staff, communicating pertinent resident health and safety information.  This includes overseeing and/or completing staff schedules monthly and daily assignments.  Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.  Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements including mandatory reporting to State. Ensure that all concern and incident reports are completed, filed and that follow-up is conducted appropriately.  Assist and/or perform in mock surveys.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers while adhering to all policies, standards and procedures of Company. Require 24/7 on-call clinical support. Perform other duties as assigned.
