Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 11p-7a – $3000 Sign On Bonus

$3000 Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates.  Generous Shift Differentials!  Take and record vital signs. Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor. Assist as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia. Transfer, position, and turn residents. Provide skin care to residents. Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care. Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services. Director of Health and Wellness

Directly oversee the delivery of care to Assisted Living residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities. Coordinate, along with the Executive Director, family/resident care conferences and serve as a direct liaison between residents, families, and staff.  Work with residents, families, and other staff to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.  Manage labor costs, supplies, and other line items in clinical budget.  Monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met. Write and review residents’ assessments/evaluations and care-plans with appropriate staff. Assess/evaluate potential residents for Assisted Living level of care.  This may involve assessing/evaluating potential residents in their home or another healthcare setting; must be able to drive to location and perform assessment/evaluation professionally and timely if necessary. Schedule and conduct new resident orientation for all Assisted Living Residents.  Provide, plan, schedule, and monitor staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living staff including statutory or regulatory required training. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Manage and coordinate the work of all nursing and other assisted living staff, communicating pertinent resident health and safety information.  This includes overseeing and/or completing staff schedules monthly and daily assignments.  Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.  Ensure compliance with all state regulatory requirements including mandatory reporting to State. Ensure that all concern and incident reports are completed, filed and that follow-up is conducted appropriately.  Assist and/or perform in mock surveys.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers while adhering to all policies, standards and procedures of Company. Require 24/7 on-call clinical support. Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Assistant

Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Laundry Attendant / Housekeeping

Responsible for all laundry duties assigned including clothing garments and dining room linens. Use equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely. Monitor laundry supplies and report inventory to supervisor. Report any equipment irregularities to supervisor.

Certified Medication Aide – $1500 Sign On Bonus – Full Time Day Shift

FULL TIME DAY SHIFT AVAILABLE – $1500 Sign On Bonus for qualified candidates. Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Skilled Nursing Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines as directed by the LPN/LVN/RN and/or the Manager Nurse and/or the Director of Nursing. Responsible for proper storage of all medications and ensuring all lotions, ointments and liquids stored separately from oral medications. Responsible for removing all discontinued medication from med cart and giving it to the supervisor. Provide personal care to residents to include, but not limited to, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and eating, etc. Provide general nursing care to include, but not limited to, vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights. Responsible for daily cleaning of all medicine carts at end of shift and restocking as needed.  Responsible for weekly deep cleaning of all med carts.

Business Development Coordinator

Create, plan, and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team and Resident Program Director to bring in prospective residents. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.    Define and develop key macro referral sources and maintain relationships with them.  Generate the required number of professional referrals needed for the community to achieve the move-ins required to meet financial expectations.  Provide ongoing product-service education to trade organizations, hospital departments, physicians and others. Work with Director of Sales and Marketing/Business Development Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly move-in objectives. Plan and execute territory call objectives to build and maintain multiple senior-related community resource networks. Support inside sales with prospects including but not limited to: lead follow up, inquiries, sales coverage inside the community, securing move-ins. Communicate in timely manner with the appropriate sales and operations team members regarding initiatives in progress that may generate referrals to the community. Manage and maintain a thorough working proficiency and keep professional contact records current in the sales database. Fully comprehend and can explain to others the basic legal aspects of sales contracts, language and terms.
