Maintenance Technician FT

Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC,  carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping. Respond promptly to emergencies and after hours calls. Maintain knowledge of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures. Maintain office, shop, and storage and ensure that mechanical areas of the community are in accordance with SLC policies. Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed. 

Driver- Full time

Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Manage reservation book (transport requests, coordinate/organize multiple trips; confirm trips)  Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed. Elevate resident transportation experience through superior customer service. 

Community Relations Counselor

Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Report all sales activity to supervisor daily. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Treat each inquiry with value. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.

Community Relations Manager

Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.    Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs. Manage move-ins and move outs to achieve maximum revenue. Treat each inquiry with value. Create and implement a strong community outreach program. Media and Marketing Planning Implementation. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Community Relations Counselor – High Compensation for Motivated Sales Professionals-Must have Senior Living Experience

Position Summary: 
This position is responsible for leasing apartments and achieving move in goals. The individual will maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel. They report to the Community Relations Director.
Essential Functions:
• Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy.
• Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and 
professional providers of care. 
• Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals.
• Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation unless they have a standing 
schedule that already encompasses one or more weekend day. 
• Keep Director of Sales and Marketing and the Executive Director informed of all sales 
activity daily.
• Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead. 
• Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
• Treat each inquiry with value.
• Meet all expectations of occupancy and budget.

Housekeeper

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Living Well Attendant

Provide Home Making Services as required: Make the bed, wash dishes, tidy the apartment, organize closets and dresser drawers, launder clothing and bedding, iron, grocery shopping, meal preparations. Provide additional assistance as required. Document on the daily report sheets services provided to the resident. Daily reports to be completed and returned at the end of each shift.     Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Provide personal care as required, including but not limited to giving shower/tub or sponge baths, shampooing hair,assisting with dressing, shaving, providing incontinence care, medication reminders, wheelchair transportation, transferring residents.

Server

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
