What You'll Be Doing
Community Cleanliness and Maintenance
On our maintenance team, you’ll ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, including dining rooms, lounges, hallways, and restrooms. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window cleaning to maintain a hygienic and visually appealing environment. Address any maintenance issues promptly, such as repairing broken fixtures, addressing plumbing concerns, or fixing electrical problems.
Resident Apartment Maintenance
Our maintenance team will coordinate regular cleaning and maintenance schedules for resident apartments, respecting their privacy and preferences. Assist residents with minor repairs or maintenance requests, ensuring that their living spaces are safe and comfortable. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
Safety and Security
Our security team will contribute to maintaining a safe environment by promptly addressing safety concerns, such as spills, loose handrails, or damaged flooring. Participate in regular safety inspections and collaborate with other team members to implement safety protocols. Ensure that emergency exits are clear, and safety equipment is in good working order.
Personalized Assistance for Residents
Our teams will provide personalized assistance to residents with specific needs, such as organizing and decluttering living spaces, helping with personal belongings, and assisting with room rearrangements. Collaborate with residents and their families to understand individual preferences for cleaning schedules and maintenance activities. Offer support for residents who may have mobility challenges or require special assistance with household tasks.
