What You'll Be Doing
Administrative Support and Documentation
Provide administrative support to various departments, including copying, filing, and document organization. Assist in the preparation of reports, newsletters, and other communication materials. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain an organized and efficient office space. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident and team member information.
Financial Administration
Handle financial transactions such as rent collection, invoice processing, and resident billing. Maintain accurate financial records and work closely with accounting departments to ensure proper documentation and reporting. Assist residents with financial inquiries, payment plans, and other financial-related matters.
Resident Services and Communication
Manage inquiries and communication from residents, their families, and external parties. Facilitate the move-in and move-out processes for residents, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any administrative concerns. Maintain accurate resident records, including contact information, preferences, and any special needs or requests.
Scheduling and Calendar Management
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for both residents and team members. Manage the community calendar, including activity schedules, health services appointments, and maintenance activities. Assist in organizing community-wide events, ensuring proper communication and logistical support.
