Park Creek Place is a pet-friendly senior care community that focuses on Personal Care and Memory Care services. Located just north of Philadelphia, we provide a warm and friendly environment for residents to relax and enjoy our services and amenities, where comfortable spaces and friendly team members come together in our beautiful community.
Our Personal Care Services emphasize on having fun and maintaining independence while still ensuring that care is provided 24 hours a day.
Our Memory Care services include our award-winning Embrace Memory Care, a signature program for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, offered by Senior Lifestyle.

Embrace Award-Winning Memory Care
Our special program for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, called Embrace, operates under a philosophy of connection and inclusion. Creating a “lifestyle” for Memory Care residents is a function of our Embrace Memory Care program. The daily program reflects residents’ interests, providing residents with the opportunity to feel that they are contributing, to feel stimulated, purposeful, and joyful. We strive to provide structure and routine but variability.

For the convenience of our residents, several physicians and other health care professionals can provide care to our residents in the comfort of their own home. Residents can often see podiatrists, physical/OT therapists, and primary care doctors without leaving our community. Memory care residents also have the option of seeing a dentist on-site. For those seeking care outside our community, our transportation services are here to help residents to and from their medical appointments.
We are conveniently located just minutes away from three hospitals, alongside many primary care doctors, specialists and pharmacies. Residents can rest assured that care is always nearby and available.
