Lincolnwood Place provides unmatched nursing and rehabilitation services to our residents to ensure they can recover or live in a restful, healing environment. We offer wound, pulmonary, and tracheostomy care, along with the ability to manage IV and nutritional lines. Our wellness services are extensive, so we invite families considering our community to contact us to better understand our ability to care for their loved one.

On-Site Therapies 

In addition to compassionate nursing care, we provide on-site therapies to enable our residents’ recoveries or daily maintenance of skills. We offer physical, speech, and occupational therapy from top providers in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation setting.
