Today’s 100 Days of Heart of Caring post features a nominee who’s heart of caring has been in action at Chaucer Estates for over 15 years. Gina Hoyle, Activities Director, carries out her role with humility and positivity as she coordinates activities that allow residents to pursue their passions.
“Gina goes above and beyond to ensure the residents at Chaucer Estates are both busy and happy. She listens to the residents and genuinely cares about them.”
“Gina is always ready to start the day with lots of activities and outing for our residents with a continuing smile on her face. I love it! She is forever nice to everyone everyday you can never tell if she is having a bad day or not. she is a very special person here and I am so glad that i know and work with such a wonderful person.”
Our residents are the “why” behind everything we do, and the manner in which Gina conducts herself reminds her team mates to always keep their residents at the front of their minds.

She shows them good work ethic as well knowing shes been dedicated to Chaucer for 16 years.” “Gina always does what she can, isn’t afraid to try new things and is humble to ask for help when its a task that she is unfamiliar with.”
